NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Dundee will be held on Thursday July 18th at 6:30 PM at the Village Hall on 12 Union Street to consider the following applications: Application of Holly Wolfe 15 Hollister Street, Jeremy Hall 24 Franklin Street, Shannon Aldrich 13 Washington St. and Leon Eberly 22 Chambers Street for a livestock special use permit, to have livestock in a residential area located in the Village limits. The above application is open for inspection at the Village Office. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the board, or at such hearing.
