VILLAGE OF DUNDEE PUBLIC NOTICE

A Public Hearing before the Planning Board of the Village of Dundee will be held on Tuesday November 26th at 6 30 PM at the Village Hall on 12 Union Street to consider the following application of Peter Pratt at 67 Hollister St. Dundee, NY for a Site Plan Special Use Application of parcel # 120.26-1-35.1 and application of Dundee Fresh at 17&19 Union St. Dundee, NY for a Site Plan Special Use Application. The above applications are open for inspection at the Village Office.  Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the board, or at such hearing.
